Our mission statement is:
“Community Care Durham supports adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health. We consistently strive, with a network of community support, to enrich the quality of life and independent living for those we serve”.
This demonstrates CCD’s commitment to providing our clients with access to a range of valuable services such as: Meals on Wheels, Transportation, Foot Care, Mental Health Support and In-Home Respite (Caregiver Relief).
None of this would be possible without the support of our volunteers, donors, partners and community supporters.
